at The Chester Music Festival Big Sing 2008

The Choir have been invited back to sing at the Chester Music Festival this year.  Here are the details of arrangements for the day.

1. We will meet at St. Mary’s Centre, St. Mary’s Hill, Chester CH1 2DW for a briefing and to meet our stewards at 1.00pm.
2. We will leave for the Cross about 1.50pm for arrival at the Cross by 2.00pm. David Mitchell will do his speech followed by a mini-concert by Handbag of Harmonies.
3. Each choir will be accompanied by another choir and you will take turns performing at each of your 3 venues.  In this way, you create an audience which attracts more audience as people are always curious to see what is going on. 

After we sing there will be a Sing-A-Long (4.30 - 5.30) back at the St. Mary's Centre with Matt Lammin and Dave Semans. The event is free and Chris has booked 50 tickets for the choir.

Parking nearest St. Mary’s Centre is at the Little Roodee and Castle Car Park. Pay on entry. Bring lots of change.
